The installation was done professionally, everything was kept clean and organized, and the whole system was explained to us when the job was finished. Our new combi boiler is running great and the house is heating perfectly. Excellent workmanship, very knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. So ChillTech came and helped me with my thermostat. It was broken and Steven. The owner and technician came himself and replaced it for me and made the process so quick and easy. I thought something really bad was going on but it was just that my thermostat needed replacement. He’s so great, patient, answered all my questions, and was fairly priced !! Of course as soon as summer ended and we got our first cold rainy weekend, I went to turn my heat on and it wasn’t working 😩 I called ChillTech and Steven was able to come out and figure out what was wrong.
